Despite that NSW police & SA police departments unconstitutionally refused to let me make official statements of my crime allegations across time, most matters can be cross-checked with other events I've stated, and arrests police did make of me on documented charges can be compared against Australian law proving abuse of public office for “ideological causes” ergo terrorism. Law isn’t rocket science. Offensive conduct doesn’t mean conduct that would be offensive to a terrorist. Australian law is based on reasonableness & common decency. This is my life’s work, why I’ve been saved from otherwise certain death many times. My task is complete, it’s up to honest people to take it further. When 1990s NSW (Bowral) police actively block my legal right to claim theft insurance on my Mazda 929, which the thieves falsely alleged was seized by a lien for money owed, which “police “unlawfully refused” to investigate despite that the thieves refused to provide an itemized account for the alleged $5,000.00 “mechanical repairs” to my Mazda engine, that I had the prior dated receipt for as being a brand-new Mazda engine imported directly from Japan, and that was working fine until it stopped mysteriously in my (5 Tulip Close Bowral) driveway overnight resulting in it being towed to the Bowral (Moss Vale resident Catholic) repairer for a “quote only” who just happened to be Catholic friend of a Tulip Close friendly neighbour resident & (secret from me) sister of fellow Wollondilly Councillor Michael BANASIK, who evidently engineered the theft of my Mazda in exchange for a brand-new Nissan Pajero for himself ; and
When 1990s NSW (Camden) police threaten to arrest me for distributing (my rape) videos, but then refuse to charge anyone else over that distribution, or my pack raped that they watched on video & I proved involved Owen HALL, Ian WOLF (Tony Wolf & Son Printers) and Matthew SEARLE (son of Marsden’s Lawyers business partner & half-brother of (innocent) Ian O’HARE, Natural Symphonies Camden NSW video production company owner); and
When 1994 NSW (Campbelltown) police threaten to arrest me at gunpoint in public for “faking my own 1984 death when Leanne WALTERS” but refuse to charge those who stole my adult biometric identity for the 1989 paperback that police detective Paul SHIELS was waving at me with my stolen Copyright protected photo in it, and he was named in same book as one of the police investigators (another Paul must all be Catholic);
When c1983 NSW (Campbelltown) police refused to take any action against my known assailants after I was hit over the head and knocked unconscious by a male police officer from Campbelltown police station dressed as a female unable to speak English inside the residence of the person from my workplace I knew as “Leanne WALTERS” inside the residence I believed was hers but was apparently the Wanderra BRADBURY residence of a Motorcycle Club member – indicating at least one Fathers Day 1984 murders at Milperra NSW was planned by Freemason police pedophiles – and the young police officer I spoke to appears to be the same police officer Campbelltown police reported as having shot himself when cleaning his firearm inside the Campbelltown police station shortly after I spoke to him at the counter pointing out my assailant in police uniform – you know what that means; and

When 2001 NSW (Cessnock) police charged a person with offensive conduct for “farting” inside the Cessnock police station (held offensive by Cessnock Local Court) but refused to take any action against the Cessnock State high school gang of boys who surrounded my son (a new boy) punching him to the ground & kicking him in the head as the supervising teacher walked away – because he was my son – evidently the boys were lead by son/s of Cessnock police officers covering up the 1984 Milperra murders; and
When 2004 NSW (Goulburn) police arrested me for offensive conduct for “signwriting” my car with evidence of police crimes, (held offensive by Cessnock Local Court) but refused to take any action against Rex WALTERS for his part in the BROTHERS IN ARMS book instead fixated Detective Bernard RYAN, threatened to arrest me if I kept insisting it was my face in their BROTHERS IN ARMS book – RYAN falsely arrested Kathleen FOLBIGG bragging in the press with his statement “pigs do fly” – (because they look very very similar I had the first subconscious impression of RYAN that I knew RYAN & RYAN was just as mysteriously angry at me & fixated on me as Jack’s son at Jack’s wake & despite knowing Jack’s son when I was little & that I can remember the names of everyone else in Jack’s family but can’t remember the name of Jack’s son & my male parent’s middle name is BERNARD & I think Jack’s son was born in Cooma like me I’m thinking BERNARD RYAN is Jack’s son) I’m thinking Bernard RYAN is the police detective son of Jack BASSET who pointed his police gun at me at Jack’s wake accusing me of killing his dad because his dad was murdered by the FREEMASON ALLIES of Jack’s police detective son before my eyes but they all claimed Jack shot himself (only almost 20 years separated the 2 events so I’m not sure) – RYAN cornered me in the street in a drunken rage threatening me when I returned to me car parked at the supermarket entrance opposite Goulburn pub – I was unlawfully arrested shortly after & strip searched, local court upheld the unlawful police charge without lawful grounds. I had no record & still don’t as reporting police crime to police may be offensive to police but not a crime - is it Bernard Ryan BASSET?; and
When 2001 NSW (Newcastle) police refused to take any action against the authors of BROTHERS IN ARMS for the theft of my photograph of me & my criminal defamation as the fake dead fake Leanne WALTERS (I have letter from NSW police commissioner admitting police had NOT supplied that photo (of me as Leanne Walters) the authors attributed to NSW police providing); and
When 1980s NSW (Nowra) police refused to charge the male person I was reporting for child molestation / rape, because as they told me – they knew the offender as a Nowra Freemason indicating (on the balance of all other police unlawful conduct described herewith & proved by me in Government’s own documents over last 20 years, then no Freemasons are ever charged for any crime in Australia; and
When 2000s NSW (Picton) police refused to charge my defacto Owen HALL for road rage and stalking when I ran into their police station for protection, but telephoned me to tell me to stop phoning Owen HALL because “he’s upset” because I asked him if he was involved in the circumstance of my photo & his photo being published ‘side by side’ as different persons, in the SIMPSON & HARVEY paperback BROTHERS IN ARMS; and
When 2000s NSW (Raymond Terrace) police refused to investigate my evidence that Newcastle police were criminals, then one was reported as having taken his own life – but was probably murdered same as Jack BASSETT before me on 24 April 1988; and
When 1990s NSW (The Oaks) police actively deny me my legal right to claim Torrens Title compensation, which necessitates a “police report” to claim the State funded compensation; and
Then it’s pretty obvious (prima facie evidence obvious) NSW police intended to disconnect me as legal person by outlawing me to cover up their Freemason crime of faking the murder of a 14-year-old child on Fathers Day 1984 backed by LABOR & LIBERAL Party Faithful in parliament and nationally to this day in 2025.
My husband Mr PETERS died in 2008 of alleged alcoholism related issues aged 55, but it was several months after I’d used the letter he’d written as corroborating evidence in a letter to government officials on my allegation that Freemason police stole my identity for their 1989 paperback, “BROTHERS IN ARMS” to cover up the 1984 crime. On the Australia Post evidence that registered letter was illegally intercepted as the “person to person” document was signed by a person other than the addressee and never answered. Not the first time Australia Post sorting staff have stolen my correspondence. Owen Hall allegedly died of lung & bone cancer in 2010 only his wife never informed his (our) children of his death. Due to rumours coming back to me, I applied for a death certificate in their name in 2015. I suspect Owen got a new identity (compliments of NSW Freemason police) & immigrated to United States. In 1990s Owen got his passport and travelled to United States a few times claiming to look for Pontiac car parts but never bought any. My hunches are usually correct. My logical guess is NSW police (criminals) gave him the identity of my Whyalla SA 1953 born-2008 deceased husband (William Robert PETERS). From my evidence, using dead citizen ID is what our Government do to (illegally) give non-citizen immigrants the vote in Australia for Party-Faithful terrorist causes. (Immigrant public housing neighbour & illegally police protected terrorist fabricator of secret false allergations about me proved false - Paul SHILLDARIEN-HENLEY with Paul being the first name, since c2018 has ID of presumed deceased Seaford SA retirement village 2010 residence Alexander PAUL with PAUL being the family name.)
Owen & I were living in my house at The Oaks. Owen was an apprentice electrician at Narellan NSW for Clutha Ltd (coal mining) when he came to live with me. I was working in the office at Smorgon Fibre Containers in Chullora NSW. It was September 1985 when we met at Campbelltown NSW Rotoract Club meeting (young Rotary) where Owen was president of that group. I was 29 & Owen 21. It was four years after my husband & I had trial separated and the first time I’d gone out in that time. I had always expected that my husband and I would get back together, in hindsight local Freemasons had worked him over to convince him he was better off without me. Owen declared his undying love to me pleading with me to marry him. Owen begged me to divorce my husband and engineered my 1987 pregnancy so that I would divorce my husband which I felt I had to, due to the unplanned pregnancy to Owen who in retrospect was date rape drugging me & hid my contraception pills. Once I was divorced Owen refused to marry me despite that he’d engineered another pregnancy in 1991 when I was extensively drugged & surgically mutilated – when pregnant without my knowledge or consent – involving NSW certified (Freemason) physicians in Mount Annan & Picton’s Argyle Street (The Cottage).
After I separated from Owen (after the suffocation attempt because I remembered that one) he married Robyn Maree NOONAN a woman 14-years-older than him who also had her own house, she was office manager at Campbelltown Legal Service, ensuring I was further blocked from getting free legal advice to deal with Owen’s theft of my Torrens Title. Creepy Robyn (a Justice of the Peace) claimed she wanted to “be your (my) friend” & when visiting their dad threatened to beat the children after locking them each in separate rooms. Unlike myself, Robyn was popular with Owen’s mum. Probably because of the age factor. My evidence to Family court was ignored because Faye DANIELS from Campbelltown District Court registry, Robyn Maree NOONAN & Owen mum Janet Maree HALL (all Justice of the Peace) gave Owen glowing personal references & described me akin to the wicked-witch from Oz, based solely on rumour.
I was unable to force Owen out of my residence physically. Local police refused to force him out by producing a forged lawyers letter that falsely claimed Owen Hall was the land title owner of my Torrens Title registered at Land Titles office under my name Janette Gail FRANCIS. Family Court illegally refused to hear my application for property settlement in Owen’s application for “matters involving the children of de-facto relationship” which legislated guarantee for property settlement. Instead, the children & I were forced onto the street by the illegal actions of the Family Court Freemason Judge Lloyd Dengate Stacey WADDY.
That’s how they (local Freemasons) stole my Torrens Title residence & used the same modus operandi to steal my Mazda 929 leaving me with literally nothing and (illegal) hire purchase on my Mazda 929. Legally I was entitled to possession of my Real Estate residence free of all payment as they gave Owen a loan in his name on my property calling his loan his “first mortgage”. But when I declared bankruptcy to force that legally expected effect (& why I chose Federal Government Agency) but all that happened was Owen’s debt was abolished & he purchased my $150K valued property from the Federal Government for $20K bankruptcy trustee. That’s how the Federal Government became a party to the theft of my Torrens Title.
When I was working as self-taught computer technician (1989-1995) in my registered business (Datamouse then Data Mouse Computers) from little shop on Argyle Street Camden NSW from the 2 rooms in front of the AH&I Hall – my partner Mr HALL decided he wanted to have a night out with me at a local pub, not the one next door but the one up the other end of town near the site of the (then closed) supermarket I used to deliver Fielder’s fresh bread to in 1976, opposite the old Downes I think that was. It was Owen’s idea that we sleep in the office side of the shop that evening. From the get-go I thought it was suspicious circumstance. If I refused he’d ask again later so I agreed but was on high alert. At this very full & rowdy pub that was squeeze room only – I hate being with lots of people in one spot & detest pub environment just as much. Owen went off talking to others leaving me alone for most of the evening. Being an introvert I’m not a social person. Not fond of numb-brain chit-chat. I like proper in-depth conversations with intelligent persons, very hard to find these days. That doesn’t mean I enjoy grilling someone for personal information as others often did to me.
Still wondering why Owen wanted me there the answer slowly unfolded in reverse. It appears he was soliciting men to see who wanted to have date rape sex with me at my shop that evening. My long-term defacto the father of my 2 youngest children was secretly pimping me from the evidence this wasn’t the first or last time he did it without my knowledge or consent which he knew I’d never give.
This revelation was slow in unfolding. People judge others by their own values – it never crossed my mind that my partner would betray me. Never. Part the reason why I’ve had no more partners after Owen. I didn’t see it coming. First he’d asked me to get “dressed up” not suitable & over dressed for where he took me. He didn’t tell me where he was taking me, it was supposed to be a “romantic dinner”. Then there was the fact he insisted we sleep in the shop office, never done that before, I was sure it was against Council regulations, he was insistent.
Owen was twice the footprint of me so what Owen wanted Owen got. Then at this yell volume pub I was certain I saw him plop a pill into my drink so sure that instinct forced me to swap our drinks when he turned momentarily to talk raucously with another bloke behind him. At that point I stopped consuming anything, apart from the drink he’d just bought that was initially his. Knowing I had to convince him I’d drank what he thought was the spiked drink.
We walked back to the shop to sleep, he was starting to stumble. I was going to load him into the car but he was still awake enough to know where we were so into the shop we went. It was very cold. Some time later I was woken by the sound of at least 2 blokes bashing in the front double doors yelling out to Owen who was unconscious at this point. Nothing could wake him. I need irrefutable evidence to form a decision. There was still not enough evidence for my mind to say he’d spiked my drink, that came the next day when Owen aggressively accused me of spiking his drink. Aggressively accused me when he knew I had no such contacts. I had no “friends” outside my family.
Due to retrospectively plied with amnesia causing drugs by Owen (date rape drugs) during our cohabitation period 1986 to 1996, my memories of that period are fractured only coming back to me with similar key events decades later due to the subconscious memory effect. It’s my experience that you can cause amnesia to conscious memory but not the subconscious. That’s obviously also why Alzheimer's & dementia patients respond to music of their youth.
Circa 1993-1994: I’d been rendered severely partially paralyzed with pain. Could only shuffle to the Camden post office (five-minute walk away) took me about 30 minutes return shuffle. Inexplicably my customer base at the shop fell away during the same period. Obviously Owen & his police friend’s criminal defamation of me in retrospect. Local physicians refused to diagnose the problem & refused to give me any pain relief, eventually one baselessly claimed I was drug addict, another Fred UEHLIN claimed I was a prostitute. Germany born he started his career at the then new Campbelltown (NSW) Public Hospital, evidently another Freemason due to his unlawful attitude to me refusing to acknowledge the illegal implant evidence I was showing him when I was pregnant in 1991, which included the illegal long line of black surgical grade stitches in the crease of my bottom above my anus – where is extensively vibrates to this day in 2025 & as the basis for Adelaide public officers physicians falsely accusing me of mental illness since about 2007. Stitches to a procedure I had no knowledge of & had not been legally authorised by anyone specifically me – the obvious cause of mediclly diagnosed narcoses (dead cells) in my spine.
When I woke every morning circa 1993-1994, Owen had to lift me out of bed and lower me on the loo. It was my lower back. He even put that in Statutory Declaration. Eventually specialists diagnosed this acute (sudden onset) lower back agony as prolapsed discs L5-S1 & blamed it on a minor motor vehicle impact 10 years prior despite that I had no corresponding lower back pain in the interim. As I had no expected accompanying radiating pain down my leg (sciatica) the lower back pain was evidently directly associated with the 1991 placement on illegal implants against my spine in my arse-crack.
Still cause me acute pain when I move in a certain way to this day in 2025. Still no sciatica, therefore still not prolapsed discs. South Australia’s State Government Health Department still insist all my irrefutable evidence of illegal implants inside me is in my imagination – my delusions they write - when in reality that’s their delusion of denial.
Circa 1983 I was rear-ended when stationary at traffic lights. Liverpool NSW (Freemason) police falsified documents related to that many years after the actual accident making the whole story of my decade later injury obviously bogus. Police were almost all Freemasons. Years later someone else identified “narcoses” material in my spine during Medicare Australia radiology diagnosis – which can ONLY happen when the body had been opened & exposed to air – ergo surgery. The pain I was enduring 1993-1994 was illegal secret surgery on my spine placing more illegal implants after the ones the put into my spine when I was pregnant in 1991. Additional evidence (to me) came when I was an elected Councillor (1995-1999) when some of the male Wollondilly Shire Council (Picton NSW) office staff & fellow elected members jokingly referred to me as “the 6-million-dollar woman”. In reference to the old TV series ‘Six Million Dollar Man’ who had implants making him stronger.
In 1994 Camden police detective Paul FRYER came into my shop to (falsely) directly accuse me of distributing pornographic videos from my shop. Turned out that was Owen I later acquired quite a lot of documented evidence to prove it was indeed Owen distributing the videos & that Owen criminally arranged & for the registration of Internet website (1994) under my (Sole Trader) business name “Datamouse” with Ian WOLF from his dad’s Narellan printing business address. Where Ian & Owen uploaded the rape illegal (secret) pornography of me on the Internet under my business name. The videos FRYER referred to were of me being pack raped after being illegally drugged, Camden (Freemason) police refused to charge anyone over my rape or that Internet defamation crime despite having the videos in police poissession. Obviously that means those who pack-raped me were NSW police officers, because in 1999, I was instructed by another detective at Camden police station (falsely calling himself detective Paul FRYER) to find the male persons in the rape videos & get signed affidavits from them all saying they had raped me. Then and only then, blonde said, then police would investigate the matter as a crime.
Paul FRYER had black hair. The 1999 Camden NSW police station detective criminally impersonating Paul FRYER had blondish hair and a limp. I’m thinking he was one of my rapists. 'Twas very same with plastic bags & straws. When the news 'paper industry' were recording re cord losses. Highly likely those who benefit from paper & multi-use bags & straws were majorly responsible for dumping them in the oceans, rivers & public areas generally. Where are the paper bags & straws in public places? THINK laterally. When a change is made specific corporations financially benefit. "Follow the money trail". Free plastic shopping bags from Supermarkets (& plastic straws) came into popular use in 1970s how come the dumping problem didn't happen for anothert 50 years? It was just another set up you fell for to make you pay for Supermarket advertisement with their marked bags.
Little truth about paper shopping bags still seen on USA TV occasionally; psychopathic checkout persons would get 'revenge' of the shopping public for keeping them in a job by loading frozen goods at the bottom of paper bags so that bottom of your bag would fall out before you left the supermarket, as you weren't allowed to remove trolleys from shop (generally). You had a better chance with 2 checkout paper bags, but you had to ask for that & was given only begrudgingly. Plastic freezer bags (at checkout) came in first to alleviate this problem, followed by full on plastic bags with NO printing - FREE BAGS because they were grateful you shopped with them. Now you're treated as if you're supposed to be grateful for being allowed to shop with the major Supermarkets - that's my experience locally.
Where I grew up (Campbelltown NSW) Woolworths was located near Milgate Lane, the back of Woolworths where the car park was, was accessed by a very tall flight of stairs. The car park used to be a 1960s shanty town, the local ghetto. They were driven out to make way for the car park. Woolworths relocated to MacArthur Square early 1980s I had (daytime) job there (Mrs Janette PETERS, aka Jeni) filling in the freezer & fridge sections when it opened. Keith FALLACK was my section manager & Freemason Mr MAHER was store manager. I was never on the checkout. There were no covered rubber bands only pure rubber that tore your hair out or broke it off when you took the rubber band out. So to tie back my long hair I wore a hair scarf (like Jacki KENNEDY-ONASIS often wore) Mr MAHER decided scarf wearing proved I was of MORMAN religion & he'd had "complaints" from shoppers to that effect, therefore reflecting badly on Woolworths. MAHER instructed me not to wear the scarf or be fired, so I had to leave my long hair loose, looked for new job & left.
Another full-time job I had in 1987 at Favco Cranes in Prestons NSW as assistant purchasing officer, I was told I wasn't allowed to wear long pants, and had to only wear a skirt or dress, because the owner was of a specific religion - perhaps it was only the messenger, another Freemason Mr Amos BROMLEY. I was working there when several persons attempted to kill me in high speed vehicle accident on my way to work on last day of financial year, 30 June 1987. Another expert save by our ultravioletesq friends of Planet Earth. Local police criminally falsified the record claiming I wasn't rammed from the rear bending my sub-frame as it stove in my boot area - but that I sideswiped the soil truck (owned by MH BAKER and Sons & driven by red-head male) that rammed me pulling off the truck's bumper bar & bull bar without leaving any marks on my four-cylinder yellow Holden TE Gemini. NSW police charged me with negligent driving, I appealed to Campbelltown NSW local court, that magistrate sent it to "Arbitration" with lawyer Mr Hanrahan of Dignan & Hanrahan - HANRAHAN decided the police were telling the truth & upheld the negligent driving charge for me being negligently rammed up the rear & expertly not hitting the car in front of me when travelling 80-100 KPH at Catherine Fields south of the 'Inn of Trees' pub.
