POLITICAL NEPOTISM: We can’t change the world but we can change Australia. Planet Earth is a global shopping mall but it's not a global economy or a global community, each region makes their own laws, or apply their own laws - illegally more often than legally.
From my personal evidence of illegal government documented illegal attacks from Australia officials, I’d estimate around 95% of the troubles people have in Australia can be directly related to direct willful & malicious actions of government public officers acting illegally & secretly, to illegally maintain their power base in parliament. The other 5% is a result of others acting-out their anger on others, for harms illegally inflicted on them by government public officers, as above.
The name of the "custom" that drives this illegal practice amongst political allies is NEPOTISM.
When I was a student at East Campbelltown NSW State primary school (1962-1968) some of us played proper mind games associated with guessing something as "animal, vegetable, or mineral". That progressed to the game I loved the most which ended in:
“nuts grow on trees, trees are nature, nature’s beautiful, thanks for the compliment”
PEOPLE WHOSE INTELLECT IS LIMITED CALL LATERAL THINKERS CRAZY, that's been repeated through recorded history.
This was obviously (to me) my early training as a lawyer or logical thinking. Everything you can think of on our planet Earth can be stripped down to that line, “… are nature, nature’s beautiful, thanks for the compliment” because everything we have, have had, or will ever have, comes from this planet.
Apart from space debris like meteors. Reality is that as we depend on micro-organisms to keep us alive, the viruses that kill us probably came on the back of space debris like meteors.
Logical thinking is not something teachers teach because most teachers become teachers because they’re too unintelligent for anything else. Yes truth hurts. Truth will also set your mind free from brainwashing.
Mind exercises like the child’s game above are essential for the evolution of species like our own. Unfortunately your government seeks to stop you from logical thoughts, from proper mind games, they choose to play destructive mind games that hold our species from natural evolution of the mind into a peaceful species. Our governments seek to promote war above all else. They thrive in an environment of conflict, they generate personal wealth on the economics of conflict.

My THIS - it’s not just about a paperback ID theft, it’s about matters separate from the topic of the paperback. It’s about several murders of witnesses to ritualistic child-rape; & attempted murder of innocent bystanders to murder; & about several surgical mutilations of witnesses to murder of witnesses; & about brainwashing witnesses to murder; & about brainwashing others to get them to attempt murder of witnesses to murder; & about criminal defamation of witnesses to child-rape; & about theft of all possessions of witnesses to child-rape; & about malicious impoverishment of witnesses to child-rape so they can’t defend themselves against government public officers covering-up child-rape. Its’ about the 2022 Government organised federal crimes under this Australian Labor Party Prime Minister Mr ALBANESE & this Deputy Prime Minister Ms WONG – crimes they themselves personally concealed & conceal still with criminal intent to ensure their re-election in 2025 & beyond. Which makes these matters Federal election crimes & terrorist planning for a political cause to cause serious harm to witnesses of child-rape.
Official Department of fair Trading’s motor vehicle complaint section official (unconstitutional & criminal) response was to ignore my documented evidence that there was no evidence from respondent mechanic that I had authorised any work; that they had done any work on my car as alleged; and that they had taken my car off premises before I arrived to ask them in person the final time (of many) for the quote I had requested to see what needed to be done if anything. When I demanded return of my car after they refused to provide a quote face-to-face the informed me it wasn’t there. I never saw my car again because of this Government organised crime. Never gotr any damages or compensation for theft of my car & real estate. So you can see it was a Government organised theft of my car & my real estate, not for the goods themselves, the evident prime intent was to impoverish me so I had no disposable assets to hire lawyers to sue State of New South Wales over their heavily government advertised “BROTHERS IN ARMS …” police department paperback publication which included publication of the stolen copyright photo of my adult face they used as the fake dead fake (1984 14-year-old child) LEANNE WALTERS they tagged as 15-year-old on back cover – being the State Government’s criminal defamation of me, a crime joined by the Federal Government when they co-funded the “BROTHERS IN ARMS BIKIE WARS TV mini series” to cover up the cold-blooded 24 April 1988 murder of retired police officer, Jack BASSET’s before my eyes inside Camden police station NSW. All being extensively malicious - misfeasance in public office (under civil law) which makes the two Governments VICARIOUSLY LIABLE for the public officer crimes; and now the Parliament down Government crimes of terrorist planning since the diabolical cover-up was made official by the two (2) government jurisdictions by the 2011-2012 funding of the “BROTHERS IN ARMS BIKIE WARS TV mini series”. As it happenes terrorism has been pursued successfully as Tort Law in United States. It was the Torts of Defamation & Terrorism that I filed against LABOR PARTY & the three (3) government jurisdictions in 2022 (NSW, SA, Cth) which was blocked illegally, & blocked only because I filed part of the evidence in the SCHEDULE of the Federal Court’s Form 17 Statement of Claim. Making that refusal to accept for filing another terrorist plan this time by Federal Government public officer clerical agents taking control of all electronically filed applications to the judiciary, in the office of the Federal Court of Australia.
It's about Pathetic People:
It's about those immigrants in Parliament , in public office elsewhere, in the medical industry - those who have risen from the dirt of their birth country, to succeeded in this political hell of Australia, those who cultivated the weeds & destroyed the blooming flowers - they merely perfected the undesirable Art of being a parasite.
When LABOR PARTY TERRORIST CELL become fixated on innocent bystander targets, Australia-born citizens, they condemn others for self glorification. Aided by FELLOW TERRORISTS with FAKE NEWS. Sentenced me to life of physical torture as innocent bystander to their crimes. Today 17 May 2025 AUSTRALIA: Labor Party deputy & immigrant Penny WONG declared a Russia court decision about Australian journalist as “a sham”. She should know her terrorist cult, the LABOR PARTY FAITHFUL, are experts on how to procure an official court room sham hearing -KANGAROO COURT- named after AUSTRALIA, as lawful political terrorism, enforceable & un-appealable Australian law. I've experienced first hand, too many to remember without searching my records.
In the month prior to election and without any lawful grounds an anonymous SA Police Department agent communicated with a named, alleged Transport Department agent, to unlawfully conspire to do an unlawful act, which included criminal forgery of document falsely held as official police department action [State crimes of dishonest dealings with documents & abuse of public office etc.]
The document was forged as SAPOL document for the secondary purpose of unlawful refusal to reissue my drivers' licence purporting to have lawful grounds to effect this criminal conspiracy which was repeated six (6) times. State & Federal Australia police don't recognise forgery of police documents a crime in Australia. Which speaks volumes about all police departments in Australia & all Labor Party members in our parliaments.
While there is no legal right to have a drivers' licence, the Motor Vehicles Act 1959 (SA), Part 3—Drivers' licences, section 75(1) issue and renewal of licences, demands thus: “...the Registrar must issue a licence to, or renew the licence of, any person ... (who qualifies)”.
I qualify pursuant to this Act. This Act, this statute is law it's revocable only by successfully passing through both houses of parliament, not by pre-election LABOR PARTY caucus to further existing medical terrorism in Australia.
I have right to claim damages in Civil Court with interest dating from at least the original 3 March 2018 documented decision to forge the fake police document. My damages can include *exemplary damages due to the extensively and repeated malicious nature of State Government [proposed respondents] procurement of the subsequent 2018 medical crime/s effected by forged medical certificate signed by an immigrant on a work visa, registered as Australia authorised general physician in suburb of Adelaide.

This forged medical certificate [Federal crime] under the Medicare Australia was the initial purpose of the forged SAPOL document.
