It's public knowledge to all 'grown-ups' with adult brain that psychopathy is always indicated in a person with an immature brain, which means at say 30-years-old or more you're still a psychopath, still spreading malicious rumours or blocking another's access to any service for some illegal motive and the like, then your brain has failed to mature at the normally expected age of about 25. These are evidently people with ‘unsound mind’ disability. As we've seen in my extensive evidence of South Australia (Adelaide region) government public officer constitutionally & criminally illegal decisions, including ministers in parliament.
So we may ask, is it Constitutionally "good government" to allow psychopaths the vote anyway? I say no it isn't. That is why we have a vast majority of psychopaths in our parliaments and rest of government in departments & some in judiciary. Elements of the definition of terrorist act (2) Action falls within this subsection if it: (a) causes serious harm that is physical harm to a person; or (b) causes serious damage to property; or (c) causes a person's death; or (d) endangers a person's life, other than the life of the person taking the action; or (e) creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public; or (f) seriously interferes with, seriously disrupts, or destroys, an electronic system including, but not limited to: (i) an information system; or (ii) a telecommunications system; or (iii) a financial system; or (iv) a system used for the delivery of essential government services; or (v) a system used for, or by, an essential public utility; or (vi) a system used for, or by, a transport system.
Where I myself are indeed "a person" and "a section of the public" who have been harmed under all the above highlighted sections since 1995 as Australia citizen by birth whose never left mainland Australia since I landed in this terrorist zone on 1 May 1956.
