Executive summary:

In my examples in New South Wales: they fabricated false documents, claimed I was a person I had never been & could never be. Then they medically mutilated me & stole everything I owned - everything. Then NSW State & Federal Government funded a TV miniseries on their false documents and the illegally false identity "allocated" to me against my will.

In my examples in South Australia: they fabricated false documents, claimed I'd made police complaints that I have not - on the basis of their false documents they "medically diagnosed" me as "paranoid" and "delusional"specifically using the word "schizophrenic" refusing to allow me medical repatriation of the physical crimes in NSW.

Australia has very few UNambiguous laws - if any at all that can't be twisted to be deemed an opposite effect is law.

Recently: Senior South Australia, Civil law, District Court Judge Mark GRIFFIN in District Court Judge in Adelaide referred to the Rules Of The Court for grounds to deem my application "vexatious or abuse of process" he decided that as the Rules say if a matter has "no prospect" of winning then it can be refused. I was (self represented) suing State for false police arrest after I was acquitted in criminal court for assaulting a police male where my defence was “self-defence” GRIFFIN decided as the magistrate didn’t state specifically in her Acquittal Orders that the arrest was illegal then I had no grounds to sue for damages. GRIFFIN decided that as he wasn't going to hear my evidence therefore, I had no prospect of winning. My application was dismissed without allowing me to present my evidence. This specific self-defence, defence means I was criminally assaulted by random police male; I lawfully defended myself; I was then arrested & extensively brutalized as was my minor child with me, for lawfully defending myself. The latter was the arrest that I was acquitted for - in criminal court. However, the assaulting police (who punched my child in her heart for crying for me) were never penalised in any way thanks to GRIFFIN & his fellor psychopathic bum-chums at Christies Beach police station, South Australia.

Even presenting convincing evidence won't guarantee you Civil Court win in Australia. Which is what I experienced 2019 when I attempted to sue (self represented) for defamation of myself by an immigrant on a work visa (at the material time) Alison Barbara Jane COLE, the physician who claimed I was "delusional" based on falsified POLICE document. Physician & Supreme Court Judge Katrina BOCHNER, had both (officially & in proper manner) seen the true document that exonerated me of that false POLICE document as defamation, blocking my drivers licence being issued - yet they both decided the falsified POLICE document was accurate despite that it claimed I wrote something I had not in my true document I'd faxed to POLICE department at State election time 2014, asking POLICE to investigate medical crimes in Adelaide.

2014 State election time in South AUSTRALIA is when I was imprisoned under Mental Health Act for several months, for being a “threat to others” where under that ambiguous law they plied me with amnesia drugs as their “treatment” for my “illness”.

What did they put in their records on what I’d done to be a “threat to others”?

I’d “defamed” others; I was “litigious” - I’d attempted to sue our unlawful government; I’d “published (medical evidence) on Utube”.

I was a lawful threat to others because I was exposing the many MEDICAL CRIMES of the LABOR & LIBERAL corporations.

MEDICAL CRIMES physically harming me since 1991 & to this day in 2025.

MEDICAL CRIMES physically harming many others just as defenceless against this tyrannt that has the full support of Australia’s news industry.

Took many months for the orders to be reversed, but even after that in the mean time I was held prisoner under threat of police violence I was routinely injected with amnesia causing drugs. By then I’d forgotten I was in court for the appeal hearing - I knew I’d forget so I asked my lawyer to send me a letter on the court outcome which they did. I found the letter some years later & remembered the appeal success otherwise I probably never would have remembered it.

The reversed 2014 orders became the 2018 basis of my drivers licence being cancelled since 2018 the State demanded I produce evidence I was NOT mentally ill the reverse is now law “guilty until PROVED innocent" – I had to prove my innocence which is impossible in a country where the Government bribe physicians to lie. I’ve been refused a referral to any psychiatrist to get the certificate the State LABOR PARTY demands, to say I’m not mentally ill. What excuse have physicians given not to refer me to psychiatrist? Because, quote: “There’s no medical grounds to refer you to a psychiatrist.”

This old Congregational Church building was demolished when it was classified as historically significant - there were no major repairs that were too expensive to repair it was in constant use, I participated in cleaning it with my parents. State lie about it's location by falsely claiming it was on a corner when it wasn't. It’s obvious to me as a child witness to FREEMASON crimes on this location that the intent of these Government lies is to confuse other child victims of FREEMASON ritualistic rape in this building during FREEMASON meetings, so that when they become adults & seek to tell their true story to police, it will be refuted because of the location being falsely recorded in historical records as being on a corner.

The adjoining hall was hired out to public & where I did my Tap Dancing classes, where my oldest sister had her 1967, 21st party & c1968 wedding reception. 1970s they sold it, purchasers demolished it. Contrary to State government’s - HERITAGE NSW it had never at any stage or under any stretch of the imagination “stood on the corner of Allman Street” Campbelltown NSW. In all the time I lived in Campbelltown there was always nothing but grassland on that same side corner. There was at least one maybe two houses between this old Church-Freemason property and the grass corner block. On other side corner was always shops & old house which at one time was doctor’s office of Dr Dixon who was ‘run out town’ late 1960s-early 1970s) for performing abortions. The doctor’s consulting rooms were called “doctor’s office” not “medical centre”.

In this since demolished Allman Street (old) church the Freemason routinely participated in ritualistic child rape of small boys – around 10 years of age. I’d accidentally witnessed such a crime when I was aged about 10 or 11 as I was playing knuckle-bones or Jacks on the wood floor of the hall as mum cooked their meal. I witnessed the external part of their “apprenticeship” rituals after which they e’t a hearty meal and chanted stamping their feet on the old wood floor & banging their hands on the old wood trestle tables, just as they were doing inside the old church to drown out the screams of the boys they were raping inside & that I’d seen them usher in. Two walked in, but only one walked out. I waited & waited after the car in the driveway left with the one boy two men carried out a large rolled up rug, put it in their car opposite the only doorway then drove away. The rest were still in the meeting probably nutting out their stories amongst each other.

I was best friends with Patterson Street, Phyllis WHEATLEY, just before her dad was killed in the Vietnam War and awarded a medal posthumously which should have been collected by his only son George. Can't recall if George did, he told me he wouldn't because he was angry his dad was killed.
